RETURN POLICY

We aim to make your return process as smooth as possible. Follow the guidelines below to ensure your return is processed correctly.

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and are clearly displayed during the return process via our return portal.
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all HUMANOID tags and packaging intact.
  • Please ensure the return form is included in the package.
  • HUMANOID is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of return shipments.
  • Return conditions also apply to SALE items.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 working days after we’ve received and inspected the returned items.
  • Missing information may delay the processing of your return.

HOW TO RETURN

Returning or exchanging an item is easy and can be done online through our return portal. Simply register your return at https://humanoid.returnista.com/.

  1. Log in using your email address and order number. You can find your order number in the top right corner of the return form included with your order.
  2. Select the items you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Choose your preferred refund method: a refund to your original payment method or Store Credit.
  4. Pay for the return shipping label.
  5. Important: Include the printed return form in your return shipment.
  6. Attach the label to the shipping bag and drop off the parcel at the carrier of your choice.

Once we’ve received your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we’ve handled your return.

EXCHANGES

You can now easily exchange your item for a different size free of charge through our return portal. Once you select the item and choose your preferred size, the new item will be automatically ordered for you. You’ll also receive a return label to send back the item that doesn’t fit.

If you wish to receive a different item or style, please place a new order through our webshop.

REFUNDS

  • Returns are processed within 1-5 business days after receipt. You will receive a confirmation email.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 business days after processing to the same account used for payment.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.
