Below is an overview of shipping costs by country. Orders above a certain amount qualify for free shipping.

Within Europe:

• Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €6.95 for orders under €300, free shipping above this amount.
• Netherlands: Shipping via PostNL.
• Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Spain: €9 for orders under €300, free shipping above this amount.
• Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland: €12.50 for orders under €500, free shipping above this amount.
• Bulgaria, Romania: €25 for orders under €300, free shipping above this amount.

Outside Europe:

• Israel, New Zealand, United States: €30 for orders under €500, free shipping above this amount.
• Australia: Contact our customer service for a custom shipping cost calculation.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

• You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
• You can track your package via the tracking link in the email or through your account page.
• If the recipient is not home, the courier will try to deliver the package to a neighbor. If this is not possible, the package will be taken to a parcel shop, and you will receive a notification in your mailbox.
• Packages will remain at the parcel shop for one week before being returned. Bring a valid ID to collect your package.

• Orders outside the EU are exempt from VAT.
• Import duties and/or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are typically 12%–14% of the total order value, including shipping costs, but this varies by destination.
• These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are payable to FedEx upon delivery. FedEx may also charge a handling or disbursement fee (usually €10–€20 or the local equivalent) for advancing these payments on your behalf.
• You will typically be charged import duties, VAT, and a FedEx handling fee on top of your order total upon delivery.
• Orders under €800 shipped to the U.S. are exempt from import duties.
• If you refuse a package, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.
• HUMANOID is not responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, or carrier fees such as FedEx handling charges.
• Please note: Import duties and taxes cannot be refunded on returns from outside the EU.
