RETURN POLICY
We aim to make your return process as smooth as possible. Follow the guidelines below to ensure your return is processed correctly.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all HUMANOID tags attached.
- Items purchased online cannot be exchanged in physical stores.
- Ensure all required information is included; missing details may cause delays.
- HUMANOID is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of returned items.
- Return conditions also apply to SALE items.
HOW TO RETURN
- Complete the return form and include it in your return package.
- Choose a courier of your choice and request proof of shipment. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your return. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of handling.
RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EU
- Contact our customer service so our team can help you with the necessary customs documents.
- Include all required customs documents with your return package.
- Complete the return form and mark your package as "RETURNED GOODS" to facilitate customs clearance.
- Choose a courier of your preference and request proof of shipping. Return costs and any customs fees for the return shipment are at the customer's expense.
- If you are unsure about the right shipping method, carrier, or creating the shipping label for international returns, don't hesitate to contact our customer service. We are happy to help you find the most suitable and economical shipping option for your return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after processing.
Please note: For returns from outside the EU, the original import duties, VAT, and any handling fees you paid upon purchase will not be refunded by HUMANOID. This is because these costs were collected by customs authorities and not by HUMANOID.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges via the webshop are not (yet) possible. If you wish to order a different item, please place a new order.
REFUNDS
- Returns are processed within 1-5 business days after receipt. You will receive a confirmation email.
- Refunds are issued within 14 business days after processing to the same account used for payment.
- Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.
