In Europa:
- Belgio, Germania, Lussemburgo, Paesi Bassi: € 6,95 per ordini inferiori a € 300, spedizione gratuita al di sopra di questo importo.
- Paesi Bassi: spedizione tramite postnl.
- Altri paesi: spedizione tramite FedEx.
- Danimarca, Francia, Irlanda, Italia, Austria, Polonia, Portogallo, Spagna: € 9 per ordini inferiori a € 300, spedizione gratuita al di sopra di questo importo.
- Estonia, Finlandia, Grecia, Ungheria, Croazia, Lettonia, Lituania, Norvegia, Slovenia, Slovacchia, Repubblica Ceca, Svezia, Svizzera: € 12,50 per ordini inferiori a € 500, spedizione gratuita al di sopra di questo importo.
- Bulgaria, Romania: € 25 per ordini inferiori a € 300, spedizione gratuita al di sopra di questo importo.
HOW TO RETURN
- Complete the return form and include it in your return package.
- Choose a courier of your choice and request proof of shipment. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your return. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of handling.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges via the webshop are not (yet) possible. If you wish to order a different item, please place a new order.
REFUNDS
- Returns are processed within 1-5 business days after receipt. You will receive a confirmation email.
- Refunds are issued within 14 business days after processing to the same account used for payment.
- Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.
