The Role
We are looking for a Junior/Medior Designer with a passion for form, construction, and craftsmanship to join our design team. You have knowledge of draping, pattern making, and understand how a design truly comes to life on the body. You think not only in mood and silhouette, but also in cut and technique. Ideally, you also design by hand – your sketches tell the story before the software does.

You will work closely with our Head of Design, production team, and suppliers, playing a key role in shaping and executing our collections.

What will you do?
• Design with a focus on construction, shape, and fit
• Work from draping, pattern development, and hand-drawn sketches
• Create technical drawings and Tech Packs
• Contribute to concept, color, and material selection
• Translate the concept into a cohesive collection in fabric and form
• Maintain close contact with suppliers regarding technical feasibility and finishing
• Guide samples through to the SMS (Salesman Sample) phase

What do you bring?
• A completed degree in fashion design
• 0–5 years of experience in a design or atelier role
• Experience in pattern making, draping, and construction detailing
• Strong hand-drawing and sketching skills
• Technical insight and an eye for high-quality finishing
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Accuracy, engagement, and creativity

The Internship
We are looking for an enterprising and creative Marketing & E-commerce Intern to join our team full-time for a 6-month period. During this internship, you’ll get the chance to be involved in the heart of our marketing and branding activities. You’ll learn how a fashion brand tells its story through social media, e-commerce, campaigns, visuals, and photoshoots — and you’ll play an active role in this process yourself.

What will you do?

• Support the development and execution of our online marketing and social media strategy
• Assist in managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms (including webshop content and product information)
• Help prepare and support brand campaigns and photoshoots (concept development, organization, styling)
• Contribute ideas and create visual content for social media, newsletters, and lookbooks
• Assist in analyzing online performance (Google Analytics, webshop data, social media metrics)
• Provide general support to the marketing and branding team

What do you bring?

• You’re currently studying a relevant subject (e.g. marketing, communication, fashion, branding, or media)
• You have an affinity with fashion, visual culture, and branding
• You are independent, proactive, and have a sharp eye for detail
• You write fluently and accurately in both Dutch and English
• You have experience with social media and possibly tools like Canva, Adobe, or e-commerce CMS (a plus)
• You are eager to learn and not afraid to share your ideas

• Strong appreciation for and knowledge of fabrics, trimmings, colors, fit and qualities.
• Organized and structured work approach with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Social, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
