WHAT YOU'LL DO

You're responsible for the daily processing of our webshop and warehouse. You make sure every order is processed correctly, returns are handled efficiently, and our customers get fast, personal support.

Your responsibilities include:

• Answering customer questions via email and phone
• Processing and checking webshop orders
• Day-to-day management of the warehouse
• Coordinating shipments
• Handling returns through our returns portal
• Stock checks and inventory corrections
• Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks
• Collaborating with logistics partners
• Improving fulfilment and customer experience processes

WHO ARE YOU

You're someone who brings calm to busy days. You're service-oriented, organized, and you spot things before anyone else does.

You also have:

• Bachelor's-level work and thinking skills
• Experience in customer service, logistics or e-commerce
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent command of Dutch and English
• Experience with Shopify, ERP systems or WMS is a plus

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You oversee the entire wholesale order process, from order confirmation through to delivery and payment.

Your responsibilities include:

• First point of contact for international wholesale customers
• Daily contact with our agents and showrooms
• Supporting and guiding agents throughout the sales season
• Processing and managing wholesale orders
• Coordinating order changes and delivery arrangements
• Accounts receivable management and following up on outstanding invoices
• Working with ERP and wholesale systems
• Liaising with production, logistics and finance

THE INTERNSHIP
We are looking for an enterprising and creative Marketing & E-commerce Intern to join our team full-time for a 6-month period. During this internship, you’ll get the chance to be involved in the heart of our marketing and branding activities. You’ll learn how a fashion brand tells its story through social media, e-commerce, campaigns, visuals, and photoshoots — and you’ll play an active role in this process yourself.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Support the development and execution of our online marketing and social media strategy
• Assist in managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms (including webshop content and product information)
• Help prepare and support brand campaigns and photoshoots (concept development, organization, styling)
• Contribute ideas and create visual content for social media, newsletters, and lookbooks
• Assist in analyzing online performance (Google Analytics, webshop data, social media metrics)
• Provide general support to the marketing and branding team

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

• You’re currently studying a relevant subject (e.g. marketing, communication, fashion, branding, or media)
• You have an affinity with fashion, visual culture, and branding
• You are independent, proactive, and have a sharp eye for detail
• You write fluently and accurately in both Dutch and English
• You have experience with social media and possibly tools like Canva, Adobe, or e-commerce CMS (a plus)
• You are eager to learn and not afraid to share your ideas
