WHAT YOU'LL DO

You're responsible for the daily processing of our webshop and warehouse. You make sure every order is processed correctly, returns are handled efficiently, and our customers get fast, personal support.

Your responsibilities include:

• Answering customer questions via email and phone
• Processing and checking webshop orders
• Day-to-day management of the warehouse
• Coordinating shipments
• Handling returns through our returns portal
• Stock checks and inventory corrections
• Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks
• Collaborating with logistics partners
• Improving fulfilment and customer experience processes

WHO ARE YOU

You're someone who brings calm to busy days. You're service-oriented, organized, and you spot things before anyone else does.

You also have:

• Bachelor's-level work and thinking skills
• Experience in customer service, logistics or e-commerce
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent command of Dutch and English
• Experience with Shopify, ERP systems or WMS is a plus
• You're precise, independent and solution-oriented

You oversee the entire wholesale order process, from order confirmation through to delivery and payment.

Your responsibilities include:

• First point of contact for international wholesale customers
• Daily contact with our agents and showrooms
• Supporting and guiding agents throughout the sales season
• Processing and managing wholesale orders
• Coordinating order changes and delivery arrangements
• Accounts receivable management and following up on outstanding invoices
• Working with ERP and wholesale systems
• Liaising with production, logistics and finance
• Identifying commercial opportunities and operational improvements
• Safeguarding delivery reliability and customer satisfaction

Das Praktikum
Wir suchen einen unternehmungslustigen und kreativen Praktikanten im Bereich Marketing & E-Commerce, der unser Team für sechs Monate in Vollzeit verstärkt. Während dieses Praktikums hast du die Chance, im Zentrum unserer Marketing- und Branding-Aktivitäten mitzuwirken. Du lernst, wie eine Modemarke ihre Geschichte über Social Media, E-Commerce, Kampagnen, Visuals und Fotoshootings erzählt – und spielst selbst eine aktive Rolle in diesem Prozess.

Was werden Sie tun?

• Unterstützen Sie die Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Online-Marketing- und Social-Media-Strategie
• Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Optimierung unserer E-Commerce-Plattformen (einschließlich Webshop-Inhalte und Produktinformationen)
• Mithilfe bei der Vorbereitung und Betreuung von Markenkampagnen und Fotoshootings (Konzeptentwicklung, Organisation, Styling)
• Bringen Sie Ideen ein und erstellen Sie visuelle Inhalte für soziale Medien, Newsletter und Lookbooks
• Unterstützung bei der Analyse der Online-Leistung (Google Analytics, Webshop-Daten, Social-Media-Metriken)
• Bieten Sie dem Marketing- und Branding-Team allgemeine Unterstützung
