WHAT YOU'LL DO

You're responsible for the daily processing of our webshop and warehouse. You make sure every order is processed correctly, returns are handled efficiently, and our customers get fast, personal support.

Your responsibilities include:

• Answering customer questions via email and phone
• Processing and checking webshop orders
• Day-to-day management of the warehouse
• Coordinating shipments
• Handling returns through our returns portal
• Stock checks and inventory corrections
• Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks
• Collaborating with logistics partners
• Improving fulfilment and customer experience processes

WHO ARE YOU

You're someone who brings calm to busy days. You're service-oriented, organized, and you spot things before anyone else does.

You also have:

• Bachelor's-level work and thinking skills
• Experience in customer service, logistics or e-commerce
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent command of Dutch and English
• Experience with Shopify, ERP systems or WMS is a plus
• You're precise, independent and solution-oriented

As Wholesale Operations & Customer Success Coordinator, you're the first point of contact for our B2B customers and international agents. You make sure orders run smoothly, questions are resolved quickly, and our partners can rely on a professional organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You oversee the entire wholesale order process, from order confirmation through to delivery and payment.

Your responsibilities include:

• First point of contact for international wholesale customers
• Daily contact with our agents and showrooms
• Supporting and guiding agents throughout the sales season
• Processing and managing wholesale orders
• Coordinating order changes and delivery arrangements
• Accounts receivable management and following up on outstanding invoices
• Working with ERP and wholesale systems
• Liaising with production, logistics and finance
• Identifying commercial opportunities and operational improvements
• Safeguarding delivery reliability and customer satisfaction

WHO ARE YOU

You keep a clear overview, communicate easily with international partners, and know how to combine commercial interests with operational discipline.

De stage

We zoeken een ondernemende en creatieve Marketing & E-commerce Stagiair die ons team fulltime komt versterken voor een periode van 6 maanden. Tijdens deze stage maak je actief deel uit van het hart van onze marketing- en brandingactiviteiten. Je leert hoe een modemerk zijn verhaal vertelt via social media, e-commerce, campagnes, visuals en fotoshoots — en je krijgt de kans om daar zélf aan bij te dragen.

Wat ga je doen?

• Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van onze online marketing- en socialmediastrategie
• Meewerken aan het beheren en optimaliseren van onze e-commerceplatforms (zoals webshopcontent en productinformatie)
• Helpen bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van campagnes en fotoshoots (conceptontwikkeling, organisatie, styling)
• Ideeën aandragen en visuele content creëren voor social media, nieuwsbrieven en lookbooks
• Ondersteunen bij het analyseren van online prestaties (Google Analytics, webshopdata, socialmedia-statistieken)
• Algemene ondersteuning bieden aan het marketing- en brandingteam

Wat breng jij mee?

• Je volgt een relevante opleiding (bijvoorbeeld marketing, communicatie, mode, branding of media)
• Je hebt affiniteit met mode, beeldcultuur en merkverhalen
• Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en hebt oog voor detail
• Je schrijft vloeiend en foutloos in zowel Nederlands als Engels
• Je hebt ervaring met social media en mogelijk met tools als Canva, Adobe of een e-commerce CMS (pré)
• Je bent leergierig en niet bang om je ideeën te delen
