GENERAL TIPS

• Always check the care labe first; this is the guiding principle.
• Delicate fibres such as silk, viscose, cupro and Tencel require extra care.

WASHING

• Hand wash or delicate cycle at a maximum of 30°C.
• Use a mild, suitable detergent, such as H* WASH & CARE | SILK VISCOSE CUPRO.
• Always wash new clothes in their entirety, not just the stained areas.
• Wash coloured items separately the first few times.
• Always wash clothes inside out.
• Do not use too much detergent and do not leave the garment in water for too long.

SPINNING & DRYING

• Use a gentle spin cycle to prevent damage to delicate fabrics.
• Hang woven items up to dry.
• Avoid direct sunlight and heat.
• Only use the tumble dryer if the label explicitly allows it.

IRONING

• Check the care label for the correct temperature.
• Iron the inside of the garment.
• Use a low temperature and a damp cloth.
• Only steam if the label permits it.

CARE

• Pilling (small balls) can occur during wear and washing; this is normal.
• Delicate fibres retain their softness and colours longer when washed carefully.
